I'm creating this expedition hoping to win an OpenROV kit to use as a Stand-up paddleboard underwater follow-along camera. I live in SF and have SUP'd all around the bay area, from Santa Cruz to Tahoe and have always thought it would be great to have an underwater view of the trip(especially in Tahoe!). Besides using the ROV for purely photographic and artistic purposes, it would be really interesting to try building an auto-pilot, follow-along module where the user could specify the depth, tilt and distance behind the board for the ROV to maintain.
