Our mission is to support and document Quentin Mitchell's rallying through Kenya. From preparing the car, the route, the race and party at the finish line! We are doing this to raise awareness of the poaching activities that are threatening wildlife in Kenya. The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is doing a great job of preserving endangered species like Elephant and Rhino. Read background

Waiting for the final results of the race. Quentin did amazing... there is a piece of the car missing, but he rocked to the finish line in style. A few pics from the camp, getting the car cleaned. Good luck! For your fans, you've already won

Preparation Stage

Although Quentin just arrived half an hour before the start, he still found time to shake Uhuru Kenyattas hand at KICC.

How many participants are there? Is everyone driving to support a cause?

After picking up the car tonight on its way from Mombasa, Quentin made it to KICC about half an hour before the start of the race.
Just-In time, Kenyan style.

Expedition Background

A warm welcome to all supporters, fans, rally enthusiasts and everyone else interested in our Rallying team!

I have been passionate about motorsport from a very young age onwards and am now owning a small workshop, where I build and repair rally cars for clients all over the world.
I really look forward to the 62nd KCB Safari Rally and hope to make it to the podium for the third time in a row this year.

The Safari Rally will take place from 12th to 14th of September 2014, starting off at KICC Nairobi and leading all the way up to Mount Kenya. This year I have to disappoint all the Subaru fans out there, since I am going to participate in the race in a Skoda Fabia S2000, which has already participated in the Rally Australia in 2013. I will be sharing the journey and would love to see you at the various checkpoints on the route.

This is so cool! Did you build the Fabia in your own shop? Looking forward to seeing Africa through your eyes!

Awesome website, you can even help foster an orphaned elephant!

Oh as for building the Fabia, the final customizations will be done in the workshop in Limuru.
